PH-City Council - Amending CHMC Title 13 Chapter 13-05-100 retroactive adjustments CITY OF CHINO HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Chino Hills will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive, to consider a proposal amending the Chino Hills Municipal Code to amend Chapter 13.05.100 Retroactive Adjustments. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a determination has been made that the adoption of the ordinance associated with proposed Municipal Code Amendment is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it consists only of minor revisions and clarifications to existing regulations and specification of procedures related thereto and does not involve any commitment to a specific project which could result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment;and constitutes an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. Accordingly, this action does not constitute a "project' that requires environmental review (see specifically 14 CCR § 15378(b) (4-5)).
