See Exhibit A, City of Chino Hills Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A98-.6 Between the City of Chino Hills and Sprint PCS Assets LLC, whereby the Preamble explains the relationship between GSA II and STC One LLC ("Sprint'). Specifically, the preamble provides that Global Signal Acquisitions II, LLC is attorney-in-fact for STC One, LLC (collectively, referred to as "Sprint')). GSA II is a Crown Castle company. See Exhibit B, whereby City of Chino Hills was notified of the merger by and between Crown Castle and Global Signal effective January 12, 2007. GSA II and its affiliates and subsidiaries own, manage, and operate shared wireless communication facilities. Sprint PCS plans to install fiber through existing conduit, as described in further detail in the plans enclosed as Exhibit C. Sprint has authorized GSA II to contact you and request consent for the proposed fiber installation in the existing easement. Pursuant to Paragraph 6(c) of your Lease, Sprint is required to obtain your consent for any construction not described in Exhibits B or C of the Lease. Therefore, GSA II, on behalf of Sprint, respectfully requests your consent. Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to the address indicated above by November 16, 2017.
