Authorize the acceptance of Amending Parcel Map 17543 consisting of eight (8) commercial parcels. lb2. Authorize the City Clerk to cause Amending Parcel Map 17543 to be recorded. BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS: Amending Parcel Map No. 17543 is located on the southeast corner of Grand Avenue and Peyton Drive in the City of Chino Hills. Parcel Map 17543 was previously approved by council on June 26, 2007 and recorded on September 7, 2007. After recordation, several technical errors were found requiring that an amending map be filed with the County Recorders office reflecting the correction of these errors. The monumentation deposit accepted on June 26, 2007 with the original parcel map approval is still held by the City and will remain in place until such time the monuments are set per this amended map. All applicable conditions have been met as recommended by the corresponding departments of the City of Chino Hills. With the acceptance of the Amending Parcel Map and payment of the taxes, the map will be recorded. City Council approval is required pursuant to Section 66458 of the Subdivision Map Act.
