A13-29 FOR PREPARATION OF THE GRAPHIC LAYOUT FOR THE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHINO HILLS AND DOCUMENT ALL STARS THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 to Agreement No. A13-29, dated November 25, 2013, is entered into in the State of California by and between the City of Chino Hills, a California general law municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City", and Document All Stars hereinafter called "Contractor". Amend the Scope of Services to include the following: 1. Add the attached Exhibit A to the Existing Exhibit A. 2. Add the attached Exhibit B to the existing Exhibit B. All other provisions of the agreement remain in effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City Manager of the City of Chino Hills has caused this Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A13-29 to be subscribed by its duly authorized officers, in its behalf, and the said party of the second part has signed this Agreement. Format, proofread, and edit Environmental Impact Report with expected length up to 500 pages. Document All Stars will develop a template with City-provided graphics elements and color palette, to include cover design and complementary page design for City review and approval. In addition, the template will include a set of predefined styles for the consistent formatting of text elements, such as headings, subheadings, body text, figure captions, table titles, table column headings. We will work with the City's choice of fonts or recommend a font family suitable for a technical document such as the General Plan Update. Document All Stars will apply the approved formatting styles to all page layout elements in the Draft Environmental Impact Report. This will assure consistent formatting of all heading levels, tables, and figures. Document All Stars will review City-provided text for grammar, punctuation, and consistency, and will supply the City with a "track changes" version of recommended edits for approval. Document All Stars will assemble technical reports into a format suitable for publication and distribution. Document All Stars will provide the original Draft EIR file and an interactive PDF with bookmarked headings and hyperlinked table of contents. The PDF will be suitable for posting on the City's website. We will also provide an auto-run CD with document menu for distribution. Document All Stars will implement the City's changes throughout the public review process. We will provide the original Final Environmental Impact Report file and an interactive PDF with bookmarked headings and hyperlinked table of contents.
