Chino Valley Independent Fire District A2008-56 - A1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. A08-56 FOR COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHINO HILLS AND CHINO VALLEY INDEPENDENT FIRE DISTRICT THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 to Agreement No. A08-56, dated June 11, 2013, is entered into in the State of California by and between the City of Chino Hills, a California general law municipal corporation, hereinafter called "Consultant", and Chino Valley Independent Fire District, hereinafter called "Customer". Replace the Exhibit B —Technical Support Pricing with the attached Exhibit B — Technical Support Pricing. All other provisions of the agreement remain in effect.
