Gemorie jewelry store located at the Shoppes in the former Walking Company space. • Issued T.I. permits for a 1,141 sq.ft. Peterson Family Chiropractic office located in The Rincon center. • Issued T.I. permits for a 500 sq.ft. Edward Jones brokerage office located at The Courts on Pipeline Avenue. • Issued T.I. permits for a 1,498 sq.ft. Frice Sichuan Restaurant located at the Soquel Canyon Square. • Issued permits for 6 new dwelling units at the Woodbridge-Pacific project located in Carbon Canyon. There were 76 units approved for this tract; 56 units have been built; 9 units are under construction; and 11 units are left to be built. Notable Plan Checks Submitted in July • T.I. plans were submitted for a 1,527 sq.ft. Magikid Robotic Lab, a tutoring business located in the Gordon Ranch Market Place. This tenant will be occupying the recently subdivided space that was the old Fresh and Easy. • T.I. plans were submitted for a 1,415 sq.ft.
