Accept donation in amount of $43,000 from Chino Hills 55+ Club, adopt 2018-19 budget amendment resolution to increase General Fund budget by $46,000, and amend 2018-19 Capital Improvement Program to add Military Monument project 3/114 15. Approve list of qualified consultants and authorize execution of one-year agreements with Michael Baker International, Inc., AKM Consulting Engineers, Onward Engineering, AndersonPenna Partners, Inc., and Huitt-Zollars, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed $100,000 annually, respectively, with one-year renewal option to provide on-call engineering services 16.
