Approve Warrant Registers for period of January 31 through February 13, 2019 in amount of $6,248,024.78 9. Authorize execution of three-year agreement with Townsend Public Affairs, Inc., in amount not-to-exceed $360,000 including two one-year renewal options for State legislative advocacy services 10. Award Bid and contract to Barnes Electric in amount of $129,470.01 for Los Serranos Street Lighting Project on Monterey Avenue, Mesa Boulevard and Brookview Court, and authorize City Manager to approve cumulative change orders up to 10 percent ($12,947) of awarded contract amount PUBLIC HEARING - This portion of the City Council Agenda is for all matters that legally require an opportunity for public input.
